Will I receive the exact product as pictured?
Yes. I take many pictures of the exact product that I’m selling - at different angles under indoor and outdoor lighting. Slight color variation is inevitable due to the processor of the shooting equipment, the setting of the display that you use to shop online, as well as each person’s eyesight condition. Sometimes a brighter lighting and zoom in is applied in order to capture details of the product. Personal opinion does not determine the value of the gemstone.
Common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects
Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings and bracelet since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We are not responsible for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.
Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear. Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage. Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
Sizing Details
Most of my bead bracelets are made with a specific number of beads, and there are no extra beads to add if you need to make the bracelet larger, but I can help with restring the bracelet into smaller size upon request. information is in the description, if you are not sure how to measure your wrist size, please contact me for help.
When the order is placed, it is assumed that you have read the details of the product including sizing.
Can I Purchase Multiple Items to Determine Which I Like the Best, and Return the Others?
To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, we donot allow multiple pieces to be purchased for comparison. Comparison purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder.
